One Knox Monsters is recreational soccer for children.
The goal of this introductory program is to instill a love of soccer in every participant through imaginative play & a positive environment.
Monsters site coordinators and lead coaches are paid and follow a unique curriculum developed by One Knox Youth Club.
Every kid in East Tennessee should give soccer a try! Our affordable Monsters program is the first step.

Winter 1: December 2nd – January 24

Program details:
- Weekly session & end-of-season jamboree
- One Knox Monsters jersey
- 50 minutes per session
- For 2-8 year olds
📍 Athletic Republic
- Tuesdays: 4:00pm [2-4 year olds]
- Tuesdays: 5:00pm [5-6 year olds]
- Thursdays: 4:00pm [2-4 year olds]
- Thursdays: 5:00pm [5-6 year olds]
📍 AJCC
- Wednesdays: 6:30pm [7-8 year olds]

Want something more competitive?
What to bring!
All One Knox Monsters should bring the following to each session:
- Size 3 or 4 soccer ball
- Tennis shoes or indoors
- Shin guards and socks
- Plenty of water
Our 2-3 year olds will also need their parents to join them in the session. If you forget any of the above don’t fret; we’ll have extras on site (except for the parents) 🙂
