One Knox Monsters is beginner-level soccer for 2-5 year olds.
Our goal is to instill a love of soccer in every participant through imaginative play and a positive environment.
Our on-site coordinators and lead coaches are paid and follow a unique curriculum developed by One Knox Directors.
Every kiddo in East Tennessee should give soccer a try! Our affordable Monsters program is a perfect first step into the game and the One Knox pathway.

June 22 – August 7
Program details:
- 7 sessions (weeks)
- Weekly practice session with paid coaches
- One Knox Monsters jersey
- Have a 6-7 year old? They can join our One Knox Futures League

- 2-3 year olds
- 40 minutes per session
- Parent & Me format
- BRAVE ONES
- 4-5 year olds
- 50 minutes per session

Want something for your 6 or 7 year old?
What to bring!
All One Knox Monsters should bring the following to each session:
- Size 3 soccer ball (size 4-5 balls are for older players)
- Tennis shoes or cleats
- Shin guards and socks
- Plenty of water
Our 2-3 year olds will also need their parents to join them in the session. If you forget any of the above don’t fret; we’ll have extras on site (except for the parents) 🙂
