Summer Camps 2026

One Knox is running three ‘World Cup’ themed camps over the summer!

Our camps are run by a quality coaching staff focused on helping players grow and enjoy the game. Training is set up with station rotations, giving players the chance to work on different technical skills throughout each session.

Each station focuses on real game-like situations, including dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, and decision-making. Players get lots of touches on the ball and learn how to use their skills in realistic match scenarios.

Sessions are fast-paced, fun, and competitive, with small-sided games that encourage creativity, confidence, and smart play.

This camp is great for players who want to improve their skills, learn new techniques, and become more confident on the field.

One Knox camps are open to players from any club and skill level.

Boys College ID Camp

Take your game to the next level at the One Knox College ID Camp, an incredible opportunity for players who aspire to compete at the collegiate level. This one-day camp is designed to give players high-level training while providing direct exposure to college coaches from NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA programs.

Throughout the day, players will participate in technical training sessions, competitive small-sided games, and full-sided matches, allowing college coaches to evaluate players in a variety of game environments. Coaches will also have opportunities to interact with players and answer questions about the college recruiting process.

Impact Camp

Join us for a fun and impactful two-day soccer clinic ahead of the fall season kicking off! 100% of the proceeds from this camp will go towards financial aid for the hundreds of players who rely on assistance to participate in our youth club programs.

Each year, One Knox awards more than $150,000 in financial aid – seeking to ensure that every child has the opportunity to play and grow through soccer regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

The camp will feature technical skill stations, small-sided games and fun soccer activities! The staff for the camp will feature One Knox Directors and players from our U17 and U19 MLS Next / NAL teams.
