One Knox Futures League
About
One Knox Futures is a recreational program for 4 to 9 year olds. All Futures players practice once a week and play games in a 4v4 or 5v5 format.
The league is broken into divisions based upon age. For example: 4-5 year olds, 6-7, and 8-9.
Over 7 weeks, your son or daughter will learn the basics of soccer with an emphasis on skill acquisition through small-sided games and the One Knox curriculum.
If your kiddo loves the game and you want them to learn on-the-ball skills to prepare them for their next steps in soccer this program is for you!
Bearden

- 7 week season
- 1 practice session per week
- League games, Saturdays at Bearden Adaptive
- Three divisions:
- 4-5 year olds (4v4 format)
- 6-7 year olds (5v5 format)
- 8-9 year olds (5v5 format)
- Three divisions:
- 7 game days, including end-of-season tournament
- Practice and games are led by paid One Knox coaches
- One Knox jersey

At every One Knox session the emphasis is always on kids having a great time in a positive environment. Our One Knox coaches will help each player work on their fundamentals: dribbling, passing and shooting. We believe skill acquisition –> success –> love of the game 🤩
What to bring!
One Knox Futures players should bring the following to each session:
- Size 3 soccer ball (size 4-5 balls are for older players)
- Tennis shoes or cleats
- Shin guards and socks
- Plenty of water
