• Please read terms and conditions before entering. 
• One Knox will be hosting an Official World Cup Bracket Challenge that will allow all who submit one entry to predict the scores of each match throughout the tournament all the way through to the final. 
• The person with the best bracket/highest score will receive an invitation to the One Knoxville SC World Cup Night match after the tournament and take part in a half-time challenge for their chance to win the Audi Q5, courtesy of Harper Auto Square.
• The halftime challenge will be for the participant to start on the goal-line and try to pass to the ball towards midfield in which the ball has to stop directly on the center circle spot 
• If any part of the ball is outside of the center circle spot, this will not constitute as a valid claim.
• The ball may not come into contact with any object before coming to rest.

• It is warranted by the Applicant that the Soccer Kick Conditions listed below will be adhered to:

1. Ball must be kicked from behind the goal line which is at least 55 yards away from the target.
2. The target must be round with a diameter no greater than 24”.
3. The ball must be a regulation size 5 Soccer Ball.
4. The contestant must be selected entirely as the winner of the bracket challenge and must be selected in accordance with the Official Rules of the contest. 
5. The contestant may NOT designate another person to kick on his/her behalf.
6. Each attempt must be videotaped.
7. No practice attempts are allowed on the field where the insured kick will take place at anytime on the day of the insured attempt.
8. Contestant must not be a current or former professional soccer player, a current or former High School Varsity or NCAA Intercollegiate soccer player that has played in a High School Varsity soccer game or NCAA Intercollegiate soccer game within the past 5 years.
9. Underwriters reserve the right to have a representative present to witness the insured shot.
10. A line judge designated by the Assured and approved by Underwriters must witness each attempt.
11. In the event of a claim, the Assured must provide Underwriters with the following information as proof of claim:

• An affidavit from the potential winning contestant attesting to his/her eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules;
• An affidavit from the designated line judge attesting to the circumstances of the insured soccer kick;
• An affidavit from a representative of the Assured attesting to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Insurance; and
• A copy of the Videotape of the insured attempt.
