About
If you are looking for a fun soccer league for 6-7 year olds (Kindergarten through 1st Grade) we have our One Knox Futures League.
Over 7 weeks, your kiddo will learn the basics of soccer with an emphasis on skill acquisition. They will practice once-a-week and play 5v5 games in a One Knox league on Saturday mornings.
If your son or daughter loves the game and you want them to learn ball-mastery skills to prepare them for their next steps in soccer this program is for you!
All players get a free One Knox home game ticket!

Spring Seasons
Spring 1: March 16 – May 2
Spring 2: May 4 – June 20
Program details:
- Weekly 60-minute practice session with paid coaches at your preferred location (pick your day of the week – see schedule below)
- 5v5 league games on Saturday mornings at Bearden Adaptive against teams from South Knox, Bearden, and Farragut
- Game times between 9am and 12pm (projected)
- 7 practice sessions
- 7 game days, including end-of-season tournament
- One Knox jersey

At every One Knox session the emphasis is always on kids having a great time in a positive environment. Beyond having fun, your One Knox coaches will help each player work on their fundamentals: dribbling, passing and shooting. We believe skill acquisition –> success –> love of the game 🤩
All Futures players earn a $100 rebate when they move to the Youth Club
What to bring!
One Knox Futures players should bring the following to each session:
- Size 3 soccer ball (size 4-5 balls are for older players)
- Tennis shoes or cleats
- Shin guards and socks
- Plenty of water
