About
If you are looking for a fun soccer league for 6-7 year olds we have our One Knox Futures League.
Over 7 weeks, your kiddo will learn the basics of soccer with a focus on skill acquisition. They will practice once-a-week and play 5v5 games in a One Knox league on Saturday mornings.
If your son or daughter loves the game and you want them to learn ball-mastery skills to prepare them for their next steps in soccer this program is for you!

- Weekly 60-minute practice session with paid coaches at your preferred location (see schedule below)
- 5v5 league games on Saturday mornings at Bearden Adaptive
- Game times between 9am and 12pm (projected)
- 7 practice sessions
- 6 gamedays
- 1 end-of-season tournament
- One Knox jersey

The emphasis is always on fun and learning the game, but One Knox coaches help each player work on their fundamental dribbling and ball striking skills at each session
