One Knox announces returners for 2024 season
In preparation for the 2024 season, One Knoxville Sporting Club has announced the return of eleven players from the 2023 squad for the 2024 season. The list is highlighted by fullback James Thomas and centerback Dani Fernandez who have played for One Knox in all three seasons of the Club’s existence.
“I’m extremely excited to be back fighting for this great city and even better fan base in 2024,” said James Thomas. “We had a strong platform last year and we’re all hungry to kick on and show the league what we’re about.”
“The first year in League One was incredible and a great learning experience for me,” said Dani Fernandez. “I am very happy that I was able to extend my contract for next year thanks to the support of both the team and the coaching staff. Can’t wait to see all of you next year and looking forward to the great things of 2024.”

The following 2023 players will not be returning to One Knox in 2024. We thank each of them for their incredible effort in building One Knox in our inaugural professional season and wish each of them nothing but great success.
