About TOPSoccer
We are extremely excited to announce the launch of a TOPSoccer program here in Knoxville.
TOPSoccer is a community-based soccer program for athletes with disabilities that significantly impair their ability to participate in recreational soccer programs. This program will allow children with special needs the opportunity to play soccer in a structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive.
One Knox TOPSoccer Sessions:
- DATES: 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/10, 10/17
- TIME: 6:15 to 7:30 PM
- LOCATION: UTK Rec Fields – 3620 Sutherland Ave
- AGES: 5 to 18 year olds
- COST: Free
Be a Buddy
Every TOPSoccer participant needs a ‘Buddy’!
Buddies works with their player individually and makes sure they are safe, engaged, supported, and having fun. The player-Buddy relationship is maintained throughout the course of a season, resulting in strong interpersonal bonds and an establishment of trust and confidence that allows each player to achieve their full potential.
Buddies will receive online and in-person training.

About Inspire Soccer League
We are so excited to be entering our second season of Inspire Soccer League in Knoxville!
The Inspire Soccer League is a national nonprofit organization creating the first competitive, nationwide, year-round soccer league in the United States designed specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are proud to be one of the league’s four founding teams and look forward to continuing to grow and compete each season.
Each season, one team within the league hosts a home fixture while the remaining clubs travel to compete throughout the competition. This year, we are proud to host the inaugural fixture of the season right here in Knoxville.
We are looking for volunteers to support our fixture as well as join a unified team this season!
