10. Full Pathway
One Knox is the only club in the greater Knoxville area to offer a full soccer pathway; from recreational to competitive to academy-level to the pros.
A child can start with One Knox as a two-year-old Monster. As their love of the game and skill develop they can move into our competitive Youth Club program. From there they can earn opportunities to play within our Academy system. And the final step is to make the professional One Knox team and represent our beloved Knoxville, TN.

9. Community Events
TOPGolf, the Polar Plunge, Street Parties, Kickoff and End-of-Season Parties, Collective Cup, Goblin Greenway 5K, and of course One Knox home games! The more we get together; the more we belong.
Before One Knox existed we were working to bring folks together through soccer.
The very first community event organized by the club was an Austin-East High School soccer match at Regal Soccer Stadium. The sense of community we felt from organizing a soccer game on that day has always remained.
8. Changing lives through Soccer
The One Knox Collective is the 501c3 arm of the Club.
The game of soccer is our vehicle for making a positive impact across Knoxville. We built a mini-pitch in East Knoxville, run after-school programs with Girls Inc and Boys and Girls Club, we offered free soccer to our adaptive athletes through TOPSoccer, and volunteered with numerous local nonprofits to give back.
The Collective is known as a Youth Club but that’s just the beginning.
7. Approach to Leadership
One of the beautiful things about the beautiful game is how it brings people together tfrom all different backgrounds.
The One Knox Collective and Youth Club are led by folks from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
We hail from different places, different communities, and different belief systems. We believe this is a strength. We are not scared of change or of new ideas.
In fact, as we work together and collaborate we push each other. We believe we can always do better because what we do matters; we are creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for kids and young adults.
6. Soccer for All
The vision: make soccer free in East Tennessee.
Through our programs we seek to offer soccer to all children that want to play – regardless of skill level or socioeconomic background.
In our first two years, we have provided more than $300,000 in financial aid and scholarships.t
Additionally, the One Knox Collective has provided free soccer programming to our adaptive athletes and to local children in a variety of after-school programs.
As a 501c3 we wish we could provide soccer to all at no cost –– to make the vision a reality today. We are on the path.
5. Holistic Development
Why do we want our kids to play sports?
Our values matter: Positivity, Ambition, Togetherness and Humility (PATH). We seek to instill positive values in our players along with a growth mindset; the game of soccer is a rich space to talk about determination, toughness, leadership, responsibility and more.
One Knox Youth Club also partners with the UTK Sport Psych program to support our players as they balance school, their social life and soccer.
4. League Platforms
One Knox is the only local club to offer MLS Next and the Girls Academy leagues.
These league platforms offer high level competition against top regional / national clubs, and opportunities to be seen by college scouts. If you put it on tape in MLS Next and the GA you will get offers.
Our second teams compete in regional leagues – the NPL and the NAL. Both levels will challenge local players that aspire to play in college.
Finally One Knox also competes in the Tennessee State League. All platforms will help prepare our Knoxville soccer players for whatever level they want to reach – high school, college or the pros.
3. College Placement
In our first two years, One Knox Youth Club has placed 33 players into college soccer programs (DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, and Junior College).
If you can make it at One Knox, and you want to play in college, we will help you find the right fit.
Getting into a college soccer program is about much more than doing well on the field. One Knox Directors are committed to supporting our athletes as they navigate the college placement process from freshman in high school to seniors at One Knox.
2. Two Knox & W League
To reach the highest levels of the soccer pyramid (USL 1, USL Championship, MLS and beyond) top local soccer talents need opportunities that extend beyond what local Youth Clubs can provide.
For example, training against pro players, competing in the USL Academy League, training with our Women’s team, and more.
Top One Knox Youth Club players can earn the opportunity, as high schoolers, to train with the One Knox pro team / Women’s W League team. Our U20 Men’s Academy team competes regionally against other USL Clubs.
This is the highest level of competition offered in East Tennessee to players ahead of college.
