About
This summer, Two Knox is competing in the USL Academy League.
Two Knox will begin training in early June and the program will run through the first week of August.
The Two Knox Academy team will be led by Tom Gillette – current Lincoln Memorial University Men’s Head Coach. And Ilija Ilic – One Knoxville SC Pro Assistant Coach.
Coach Gillette will lead training 3 days week and the team will play matches in the USL Academy League throughout June and July.
This program is only for players that aspire to play at the collegiate or professional level.

Tryouts
- May 22nd at 7:30pm
- UTK RecSports – 3620 Sutherland Ave
- Only for High School graduates 18+ years old. No players currently playing High School / Club Soccer can attend this tryout
- Birth years: 2006 – 2004
Coach Tom Gillette
Experience:
- Current head coach at Lincoln Memorial University (DII)
- Previous Youth Club experience with Louisville City
- Has coached at Club, DII, and DI levels

- Fees
- $275 / month
- Includes training, games, and uniform
- Team fees to cover coach travel – projected at $50 total

- Youth Club Players
- Top Youth Club players will receive invites to join Two Knox for the summer program
- Invites will go out at / after Youth Club tryouts, and are at the discretion of One Knox Academy Director and Coach Gillette
- Only Youth Club players registered with the Club and playing on a One Knox Youth Club team in fall 2025 will be eligible to play with Two Knox during the summer program
- Youth Club Players looking to join will be evaluated at Youth Club Tryouts on May 27-31
- Coach Gillette will be present at Youth Club Tryouts
- Opportunities with the First Team
- Some players may get invited to train with the First Team
- Invites will be earned through success at Two Knox training / game
