About

One Knox Youth Club’s Student Coaching Program is an apprenticeship for 11th graders within the Club to learn how to become a coach through practical on-field experience and mentorship.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a US Soccer Grassroots license and be eligible to join One Knox Youth Club as an Assistant Coach during their Senior year of High School.

In addition to on-field experience, One Knox and US Soccer will offer off-field educational sessions to learn more about coaching opportunities and best practices.

• 11th graders only
• Fall, 2023 – Spring, 2024
• Commit to 1 night / week (16 weeks)
• Limited to 8 participants (4 female / 4 male)
• Coaching gear included
• No Cost

This is an excellent opportunity for players interested in developing leadership skills, building a coaching foundation, and forming lasting relationships with One Knox staff, coaches and players.
