The 25 year old, England native, rejoins One Knox after captaining the side in last summer’s inaugural League Two season.
Starting his journey in the North Georgia mountains at Young Harris College, Thomas has been a part of many McKeever teams along the way.

From Young Harris to the University of New Hampshire, Thomas graduated college and earned his way to the professional game through winning the USL League Two National Championship with the Des Moines Menace in 2021.
James Thomas emphasized the ambition of One Knox is to bring pride and success to the city of Knoxville and his is aligned. He continued to say “I have a lot to learn and I am eager to pick up as much as possible from the great characters we will have within our locker room, while pushing on towards that USL League One Championship.”
