The 27-year-old forward joined One Knoxville SC before the 2024 USL League One season after success in Luxembourg with Union Titus Petange. A proven goalscorer, Tekiela recorded 20 goals in 36 games during his time in Petange.
Before his time in Luxembourg, Tekiela was a product of the German football system, playing for Westfalia Rhynern and Borussia Dortmund II before joining Esbjerg fB of the Danish third division.
Tekiela has scored in the UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds, not to mention, his appearances against world-renowned teams like Rangers FC.
Tekiela played in 21 games across the USL League One regular season in 2024 and led the team with 10 goals.
